Autism Awareness-My Son Carter
I made this video because I want people to better understand the plight of the families affected by Autism. My son has Autism and not a day goes by that someone in our community reminds me that society does not accept children who are different. My hope is that this video will help people to remember that all children are made in the image of God and that every child, even those with Autism are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Gifted Warriors Demos
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

The Gifted Warriors is a Karate program designed to fit children with special health care needs. The program serves more then 35 children at the Spartanburg Martial Arts in Boiling Springs. Each of the coaches including the head coach Mike Darcy volunteer their time to teach the Gifted Warriors every Friday. Some of the Gifted Warriors also perform on the Demo Team which performs at many events around the state. The children have a wide range of mental and physical disabilities but they have shown through karate there are no limitations on what they are able to do! These children are an inspiration to us all!
